Formerly known as the Tees Pride 10K, the Middlesbrough 10k boasts the same flat and fast route that has become a favourite for runners of all ages and abilities.
The race starts at Acklam Hall and heads out along Acklam Road, turning left along Ladgate Lane, passing Middlesbrough Municipal Golf Course. Reaching the junction of Marton Road, you will turn left at Middlesbrough Sports Village and run past James Cook University Hospital. You then head along Marton Burn Road passing Middlesbrough Theatre. You’re then on the home straight back to Acklam Hall for the finish.
