We’re so proud of our open spaces. The grounds are cared for and nurtured both by the people we support and our army of volunteers.
Chris is a volunteer at Ashfield Gardens which is part of our Stourbridge Community. Photography is his hobby and he’s been able to capture the atmosphere of the gardens within his images. Chris has faced some difficulties in his life, but, through his own admission, volunteering has helped him in so many ways.
“I’m never more content than when I’m photographing the flora and fauna at the garden and the therapeutic benefits I’ve gained from helping others gardening and taking pictures have been enormous and life-changing.”
Each month we will be sharing some of the wonderful images Chris has taken so we can enjoy the changing seasons and landscapes within the garden.
