Shared Lives carers provide a home for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. The aim is to enable them to be as independent as possible. It’s a personable alternative to traditional settings, which enables people to lead longer, healthier and happier lives.

Meet Colleen, Malcolm, Shane & Aaron

Colleen and her husband Malcom have worked as foster carers, and Shared Lives Carers for many years, and in 2020, S moved in full-time with Colleen and her husband Malcom, following twenty-five years of respite with the family.
