If you are the sort of person who treats others with respect, listens to their needs, understands their emotions, and is warm, kind and honest, and enjoys supporting people to learn and develop new skills and make the most of life’s opportunities, you would make a great support worker.

Being a support worker requires some core social care knowledge and skills like teamwork and problem solving but it’s your values, behaviour and attitude that really matter – we can support you with the rest.

Everyone receives a full induction when they start and is supported to obtain the Care Certificate.  If you wish to you can then work to obtain social care qualifications and progress into management.
