Our 70th anniversary community fundraising events

This year, we’re celebrating 70 years of Camphill Village Trust—a milestone that wouldn’t be possible without the support of our incredible communities, friends, and donors. To mark this special occasion, our communities are holding a number of exciting events to fundraise for our 70th.

Hertfordshire communities' walk to the pub

The Hertfordshire communities of St Albans and Delrow are joining forces for an exciting challenge! On Friday, 10th January 2025, individuals from both communities will set off on foot, aiming to meet at the halfway point—the Overdraught pub. Once they arrive, they’ll celebrate with a well-deserved New Year drink and some snacks.

Rowing the Atlantic

James, one of our support workers, is rowing the distance of the Atlantic Ocean (3,000 km) on a rowing machine, all to raise funds for the Trust’s 70th.

He’s committed to rowing 7,000 metres every single day, in his own time, showing real dedication to our cause.

Botton Village Summer Fair

Our annual summer fair is on the 6th July 11am-3pm. This year is extra special as we are celebrating 70 years of the Trust.

Expect live music, arts & crafts stalls, food stalls, traditional games, art demonstrations and workshops, and much more!
