Each year, the generosity of our supporters plays a vital role in bringing the Camphill Village Trust vision to life: to see more people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health problems lead a life of opportunity.
What is Philanthropy?
Voluntary income allows us to go far beyond what statutory funding alone could provide. It enables the people we support to access meaningful experiences that help them grow in confidence, develop skills, and build relationships within their communities.
From long-term giving to one-off donations, philanthropy plays such an important role at Camphill Village Trust. Our dedicated Philanthropy Manager is passionate about getting to know our loyal supporters to direct and to ensure your giving experience is one of joy and satisfaction.
Not only can large, strategic donations have a significant impact on the people we support, in can also give our donors a deep sense of purpose and connection.
Philanthropy ensures that through a long-term relationship built on trust and effective communication, we can direct your support to where it is needed the most and we are committed to showing you the impact of your support.
We offer a bespoke relationship with our donors including personal visits to our communities, information on key organisational updates, invitations to exclusive events and recognition in a way that suits your wishes.
“I’ve supported the Trust for lots of years and have always been impressed by the love and care that motivates you, and the practicality of all you do.”

“For those of us fortunate enough to be able contribute to funding your activities, ours is the easy part. My admiration goes out to all of you who, on a daily basis, use the funds to make a difference in the lives of those in need in our society.”

We welcome recognising grants in a way that suits your Trust or Foundation. Grants can be recognised on several channels including on social media, our website and in our annual review.
