New Directors at the Trust
Three new Directors have been appointed toΒ the Trust, as we develop our bold vision to be a leader in social farming and green care.
They have joined the Executive Management Team in leading the transformation of Camphill Village Trustβs unique nature and land-based social care and supported living offer for adults with learning disabilities, autism and other mental health support needs.
As the charity marks is 70th anniversary next year,Β we will build on our rich history by enabling more people we support to live healthy, active, and independent lives of opportunity in our ten communities across England.

Sally Watts
Sally Watts has joined the charity asΒ Director of Supported Living & Green Care . She will lead supported living and registered services, co-production, enterprise, education, and therapeutic activities. She has ten yearsβ experience as a director in the social housing and supported living sector.

Claire Twaites
Claire Twaites, is the new Estates Director, leading the charityβs aspirations for environmental sustainability, farming and land management and unlocking the potential of its assets.
She brings a broad range of expertise in estates, facilities, commercial, residential asset investment and environmental sustainability gained in large public, educational and commercial organisations.

Matt Wilkley
As the new Director ofΒ Fundraising & Communications, Β Matthew Wilkley will focus on sustainably growing the charityβs voluntary income, increasing awareness and deepening engagement with existing supporters. Matthew was previously Director of Income Generation at Independent Age, the UKβs leading charity for older people in poverty and led communications for national youth homelessness charity Centrepoint.
Working with the Chief Executive Sara Thakkar, Sally, Claire and Matthew will join a strong and stable Leadership Team operating across a national platform.
