Unwrapping Christmas: Our 2025 Christmas Card Collection

Unwrapping Christmas: Our 2025 Christmas Card Collection

With Christmas on the horizon, we’re delighted to reveal this year’s Camphill Village Trust Charity Christmas card collection – a celebration of creativity, community, and the talents of the people we support. Each card has been lovingly designed in our arts and crafts sessions, part of our Nature-based Therapies and Skills programme of activities, which connect people to nature, the seasons, and each other.

More than just a card

When you choose one of our cards, you’re not only spreading festive cheer to friends and family – you’re also supporting people to:

  • – Be creative and express themselves through art
  • – Discover purpose and meaning by seeing their designs enjoyed by others
  • – Develop new skills, from fine motor skills to confidence in sharing ideas
  • – Improve wellbeing through connection, achievement and pride

For many, the moment their design is chosen for our collection is transformative. It shows them that their creativity has real value in the wider world.

Meet the makers

This year’s collection features designs from artists across our communities, who come together in our Creative Studios to paint, sketch, print, and craft. These studios are buzzing with conversation, laughter, and collaboration – a place where people find not just hobbies, but friendships and opportunities to grow.

Through these sessions, participants build skills for life – from the dexterity needed for everyday independence, to the joy of working towards a shared project. And the results speak for themselves: vibrant, nature-inspired designs that bring the magic of Christmas to life.

Behind the scenes at Botton Village

The journey from artwork to finished product doesn’t stop with design. At our Botton Village printing and press workshop, the cards are printed, folded and packed – and this year, Catherine, one of the people we support, lent a helping hand with the packing.

For Catherine, packing cards is more than just a task. It’s about gaining skills in a real-world environment, learning through doing, and achieving a sense of pride when a project is complete. Most importantly, it’s about being part of something bigger – knowing that every card she packs will help raise funds to support others in our communities.

Share the joy this Christmas

Every card in our collection tells a story – of creativity, growth, and community spirit. By choosing our cards, you’re not only sending festive wishes but also supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health support needs to lead lives of opportunity.
