Our CEO Sara Thakkar has taken the decision to step away from her role with Camphill Village Trust.
We would like to thank Sara for all her contributions during her tenure with us, she has been instrumental in laying the foundations and shaping the strategy for the long-term future of the trust.
Sara’s passion and commitment for the people we support has always been at the forefront of her work and clear to see.
Sara Thakkar said: “After five deeply rewarding years of commitment to this charity, I have made the difficult decision to step back to plan my next chapter and to support my family.
It has been a privilege to work alongside such dedicated staff, people we support and their families, volunteers, and partners in support of our mission. Together, we have embedded our community model, strengthened our services, deepened our impact, and upheld the guiding principles that define who we are.
I am immensely proud of what we have achieved and confident that Camphill Village Trust will continue to grow and thrive in the years ahead. Thank you for your trust, collaboration, and unwavering commitment to the people we serve”.
We wish Sara all the best for the future. The Executive Management Team and the Board of Trustees are now considering next steps for the Trust.
