Katie is a chartered accountant with over 30 years of finance, risk and audit experience, working in both the public and private sector. Being diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of 23, Katie recognised the concerns disabled persons (and their families) face. As a result, Katie has a stubborn passion for diversity and inclusion, a desire to raise awareness and to drive inner confidence.

Andy is an experienced fundraising and commercial leader with a background in marketing and partnerships. His recent work has included leading marketing, communications and fundraising for national disability charity Revitalise, and building a fundraising strategy for start-up digital-first mental health charity HUMEN. Andy has also served as a Board Observer with Camphill Village Trust for a year in preparation for appointment to the role of Trustee.
