These hampers are packed with award-winning artisan cheeses, handcrafted in our Botton Village Creamery using milk from the cows lovingly cared for by the people we support. Every stage of the process is part of our farm-to-fork journey, where nature-based activities and meaningful work come together to create something truly special.
It all begins on our social farms in Botton Village community, where the people we support help to feed, care for and milk our herd. The milk is then transported to our on-site creamery, where our skilled team turn it into a range of delicious, traditionally-made cheeses.
One of these, our Summerfield Cheese, recently scooped awards for its outstanding flavour and quality – a real testament to the care, craftsmanship, and dedication that go into every wheel.
From the creamery, our organic cheese makes its way into our social enterprise shops and cafés, where it’s served and sold by the people we support as part of their vocational training and skills development.
