Gender pay gap report

Building a diverse and inclusive workforce remains a top priority at Camphill Village Trust.

This gender pay gap report is based on data from 5 April 2022.

The report shows that with 69.5% of our colleagues being female, Camphill Village Trust’s overall median gender pay gap is 4.03% in favour of mean gender pay gap is 7.20% in favour of men. While the Trust’s gender pay gap is below the national average, we know there is work to do to minimise the gaps.
