Menopause
MenopauseΒ is when your periods stop, this usually happens when you are between 40-60 years old.
PerimenopauseΒ happens before the menopause. You still have periods, but they might change a bit.
Perimenopause and menopause can make your feel different.
Your emotions might change. You might feel angry, stressed, upset, worried or tired.
You might notice changes in your body, like feeling hot or sweating.
You might find it harder to focus or think clearly.
These feelings usually go away in time.
