Paul Moore to serve as Acting CEO

We’re pleased to announce that our Fundraising Director, Paul Moore, has been appointed Acting CEO for the next ten months.

Camphill Village Trust is fortunate to have a strong and experienced executive team in place, and we’re well positioned to keep delivering great work across the charity. With that in mind, we’ve chosen to appoint an internal Acting CEO while we begin the search for a new permanent CEO.

In his new role, Paul will work closely with our Executive Management Team and Board of Trustees to keep momentum strong and to drive forward the important projects already underway. He’ll continue to oversee fundraising alongside his Acting CEO responsibilities.

Paul brings over 15 years of charity experience to the position, with roles across both national and local organisations including Marie Curie, Birmingham Women and Children’s NHS Foundation Trust and the UK’s leading childhood bereavement charity, Winston’s Wish. He joined Camphill Village Trust as Fundraising Director in 2025.  In addition to his role at Camphill Village Trust, Paul currently holds a number of impactful voluntary Trustee positions.

“This is an important period in time for Camphill Village Trust and I am committed to ensuring that the charity grows sustainably with an understanding of the role that community plays in unlocking a life of opportunity for the people we support both now and in the future. I believe strongly that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts and look forward to working together through the weeks and months to come.” Paul Moore, Acting CEO and Fundraising Director
