Before You Attend

To help us make the most of your visit and tailor information to your needs, we kindly ask that you complete our Expression of Interest Form before attending an Open Event.

What to Expect

During your visit, you will have the opportunity to:

Meet our Skills Tutors and current trainees.
Take a guided tour of the Taurus Crafts campus and learn about the vocational programmes available across the site.
Find out more about our personalised, person-centred approach to post 16 education, transition and work experience.
Chat informally with a member of the Severnside Skills team about how we can support progression towards employment, volunteering, and greater independence.
Visit the Severnside Café for a complimentary tea or coffee. Lunch, cakes, and refreshments are also available to purchase before or after your tour.

What is Severnside Skills?

An inclusive campus for people with special educational needs (SEN), set within the Taurus Crafts visitor centre (which creates opportunities to gain work experience in a thriving social enterprise setting)!

Severnside Skills is a campus-based training provider, offering vocational skills and employment pathways for individuals with special educational needs. Many trainees joins us after leaving school or college, but our trainees take lots of different routes into our courses.
