What is important to you?

Staff Survey results are in!

I am pleased to share your feedback on what it is like to work at Camphill Village Trust and our Green Care discussion.

We have put together all the information and suggestions you gave us from our Keeping Connected engagement sessions, the Staff Survey and via your Employee Voice members.

You have told us you love working with the people we support, have pride in your job and want the basics in place so you can do your best. Basics like good communication, recognising your achievements and feeling valued are really important to all of us.

Your Staff Survey responses produced a high engagement score (79 out of 100). This measures how committed our employees are to helping the Trust to succeed.

I welcomed your thoughtful examples of Green Care and how it involves linking activities to nature and your many suggestions on how to enhance and protect our beautiful environment.

Overall, you gave a big thumbs up to working here and great insights into areas we can develop. My role is to ensure we continue to listen and respond to you. I hope you have seen some positive changes already.

We cannot do what we do without knowing what is important to you, the people you support and their families. Thank you for having your say, we will keep you updated.

Celebrating six months of Brilliant Basics

When we met in the summer, we launched our Brilliant Basics year two plan.

We are now six months in and making good progress as this infographic shows. Well done! There is also a more detailed update on the intranet.
