About the role

As a Property Manager  you will manage and maintain our Community’s properties, ensuring they provide a safe, high quality environment in which to live or work. This role will report to the General Manager, and work in collaboration with the Community Quality Auditor, Service Managers, staff and those we support in order to establish and maintain safe and best practice.

Our Stourbridge Community office is based in the town centre and we provide housing across Stourbridge, Dudley and into Kidderminster.

What we provide

We provide a full induction and free training.

Our hourly rate of pay is £12.02 per hour, working 15 hours a week (times and days to be agreed)

What we need from you

Proven experience gained in the management of buildings/properties is essential, along with knowledge of applicable current health and safety legislation and landlord obligations

What is also important to us is that you share our values, have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.  You will be good at both listening to and talking with people.  You will have a positive and patient approach to communications and interactions with people with learning disabilities and other mental health issues. You will have a flexible approach and like work both as part a team as well as on your own.

This is a part time vacancy and we will discuss and agree days and hours to be worked with successful candidate.

You will need a full manual driving licence which allows you to drive in the UK, as you may be driving the charity’s vehicles.
