Care & Support Worker

We’re looking for motivated support workers to join our community, typically full time (37.5hrs). Shifts are arranged to meet the needs of the people we support and may include sleep in’s as well as day shifts.

Care experience is preferred but not essential, here at Camphill it is your own values and attitude which counts the most to us, and the willingness to support others. We are looking for people who ideally have a working experience of; awareness of Learning Disabilities, challenging and repetitive behaviour’s, or autism; however, personal/life experiences are also highly considered or those candidates wanting to make a difference for others.
