Vacancy

IT Systems Administrator and Trainer

Location: Stourbridge, West Midlands

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

Application Deadline: 27/05/2019

About the role

The charity has been investing heavily in improving its IT infrastructure and implementing new IT systems to help to deliver an efficient and robust service to the people we support.

Alongside a new network that links all the communities we have been developing the use of Office 365 for managing documents and email and have recently implemented a new Finance/Payroll system and are about to deploy the third phase of this system with the rollout of a new HR system. Planning is underway to procure a Time & Attendance system and a replacement Fundraising system and we are in the early stages of a project to purchase a new Social Care system.

As a result of these new systems we are now in need of an experienced IT systems administrator who can assist in the day to day operational management and running of the systems as well as providing user support and training to allow staff to gain maximum benefit from them.

Reporting to the IT Manager, this new role would suit someone looking for a meaningful role in a charity that has the potential to grow with you as the charity’s use of Office 365 and systems develop.
