Regional Business and Enterprise Development Manager

The Camphill Village Trust is advertising a new post for a Regional Business and Enterprise Development Manager. This is an exciting new position within the team which will give the successful candidate an opportunity to help shape the role and support a 2-year project with Community Catalyst.

The Trustees and Senior Management Team are developing an overall strategy which will enable Camphill Village Trust to meet the challenges of future support needs of people with learning disabilities, whilst we continue to maintain a high-quality service across our nine communities, which are all recognised as ‘good’ by CQC. With new opportunities ahead, we are broadening our offer and will be engaging with new audiences.

We are at an exciting and pivotal time within Camphill Village Trust and to help drive forward our vision, we need passionate and dedicated people.

We are looking for a motivated individual and to drive income generation, maximise revenue and create financial sustainability. This post will play an active and innovative role in the market, promoting and delivering services and activities, that put our charity at the heart of everything we do.

The application pack attached covers the role description and aspects of the role.  However, as this is a new position there will be an element of fluidity, as we move forward. You will report into the Deputy Director of Operations and will have a primary focus on Botton Village, which is based in the heart of the North Yorkshire Moors.
