Support Worker

Camphill Village Trust is a national charity supporting people with learning and other disabilities.

We are looking for people who are new to social care, as well as people who may have experience in the social care sector. As a support worker you would be helping people to live a life of opportunity, helping individuals exercise independent choice and control. This is a great way to make a real difference to the lives of others.

Roles are based across Grange Village, Oaklands Park and Lydney Community Support in our friendly communities offering supported living and workshop opportunities such as gardening or pottery to people with learning disabilities.

We offer shifts between 7 am – 10 pm including weekends and evenings. A full driving licence is essential for some roles.

You will receive a full induction programme, training, support, and opportunities to progress, for those who want to.  If you’re new to social care, we will support you gain the nationally recognised Care Certificate. If you already have experience, you’ll find that we offer plenty of on-going training and the opportunity of career progression.
